Va. passed away on April 12, 2018.Born April 5, 1919 in Strasburg, Va., she was the daughter of Jasper and Josie Dove.Ethel was married to the love of her life, Theodore Kelley, for many years before his passing.She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Martinsburg, W.Va.Ethel loved her cats. She had many over the years; she rescued and took care of them.She will be missed by her daughter, Jane Kelley; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore; brothers, Allen Dove, Robert Dove and Bentley Dove; and sisters, Nora Dove and Elizabeth Swope.Family will receive friends at Rosedale Funeral Home on Monday, April 16, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Martinsburg on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 1 p.m., with Pastor James Riley officiating. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Ethel's name to St. John's Lutheran Church, 101 W.
